(EPH). The&nbsp;Group informed on the&nbsp;planned reorganization earlier (<a href=\"https:\/\/eph23.atelierzidlicky.eu\/en\/press-releases\/daniel-kretinsky-to-reorganize-his-investments-ownership-structure-with-patrik-tkac-to-return-as-a-co-shareholder-in-eph\/\">https:\/\/eph23.atelierzidlicky.eu\/en\/press-releases\/daniel-kretinsky-to-reorganize-his-investments-ownership-structure-with-patrik-tkac-to-return-as-a-co-shareholder-in-eph\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>EPH\u2019s shareholding structure is now as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Daniel K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd and&nbsp;a&nbsp;group of&nbsp;managers hold 56% plus one share in&nbsp;EPH. Daniel K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd indirectly holds 50% plus one share (exercising the&nbsp;management control), with selected managers controlling 6% of&nbsp;EPH share capital.<\/p>\n<p>Patrik Tk\u00e1\u010d controls 44% minus one share in&nbsp;EPH.<\/p>\n<p>Thereby, all remaining liabilities of&nbsp;Daniel K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd\u00b4s companies arising from the&nbsp;original acquisition of&nbsp;Patrik Tk\u00e1\u010d\u00b4s share in&nbsp;EPH have been settled.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is not subject to any other regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 17, a&nbsp;series of&nbsp;transactions was settled, changing the&nbsp;shareholding structure of&nbsp;Energetick\u00fd a&nbsp;pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding, a.s.
