(EPH) has issued 5-year bonds with a nominal value of CZK 10,000 each in an aggregate amount of CZK 5 billion with a fixed interest rate of 4.50 % p.a.. The bonds have been offered by EPH Financing CZ, a.s. since the middle of this February. According to the terms of issue, EPH Financing CZ, a.s. may increase the bond issue by additional CZK 2.5 billion.<\/p>\n
EPH Financing CZ, a.s. mandated a consortium of banks consisting \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna, a.s., J&T BANKA,\u00a0a.s., Komer\u010dn\u00ed banka, a.s. a UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. to place the bond issue.<\/p>\n
