Centrica plc has agreed to sell its operational Langage and South Humber Bank combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power stations, with a combined capacity of 2.3GW, to EP UK Investments Ltd (EP UK) for \u00a3318million in cash, subject to customary working capital and other completion adjustments.<\/p>\n
EP UK is fully controlled by EP Power Europe, a.s. (EPPE) and EPPE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Energetick\u00fd a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding, a.s. (EPH).<\/p>\n
CEO of EPH Daniel K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd said \u201cWe are proud to have the opportunity to continue Centrica\u00b4s tradition in the conventional power generation market in the UK.
