(EPH) concluded a cooperation agreement with SPEDICA GROUP COMPANIES holding, under which EPH will become a strategic partner and majority shareholder of this company. The transaction is also subject to clearance from the antitrust\u00a0authorities.<\/p>\n

EPH already associates several companies from the field of logistics and transport, e.g. EP Cargo, EOP HOKA or LokoTrain. SPEDICA GROUP COMPANIES is a company providing services in rail, sea and road transport.<\/p>\n
