Energetick\u00fd a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding, a.s. (EPH), a leading Central European energy company, has entered into an agreement with a consortium of global institutional investors led by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) on the sale of a 30% stake in EP Infrastructure, a.s. (EPIF).<\/p>\n
The remaining 70% of EPIF remains with EPH, which will also retain management control over EPIF.<\/p>\n
The MIRA-managed consortium is led by Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5 and includes global institutional investors.<\/p>\n
