Dr. Armin Eichholz will succeed Dr. Joachim Geisler who left the&nbsp;company at his own request as of&nbsp;31\u00a0January 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Eichholz previously held the&nbsp;position of&nbsp;Vice President Lignite Power Plants at RWE Power AG.
