(EPH) have completed the&nbsp;transaction for the&nbsp;sale of&nbsp;EDF\u2019s minority stake of&nbsp;49% in&nbsp;Stredoslovensk\u00e1 Energetika a.s. (SSE) to EPH.<\/p>\n<p>This announcement follows the&nbsp;receipt of&nbsp;both the&nbsp;approval by SSE general shareholders meeting and&nbsp;the&nbsp;antitrust authorities\u2019 clearance.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction values the&nbsp;49% stake of&nbsp;EDF in&nbsp;SSE at approximately 400 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>EDF had announced on May 21st 2013 it had entered into an exclusivity agreement with EPH, and&nbsp;the&nbsp;two companies had signed a&nbsp;definitive agreement on May 24th 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EDF and&nbsp;Energetick\u00fd a&nbsp;pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding, a.s.
