The&nbsp;shares will be acquired directly by EPH, and&nbsp;then cancelled. EPH\u2019s ownership structure will change as a&nbsp;result of&nbsp;the&nbsp;transaction, with Daniel K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd and&nbsp;Patrik Tk\u00e1\u010d controlling 37 per cent each and&nbsp;taking joint control of&nbsp;EPH.
