Energetick\u00fd a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding, a.s. (\u201eEPH\u201c) has resolved to decrease its registered share capital. The sole purpose of decrease is the cancellation of own shares held by EPH. The shares were acquired by EPH in 2014 in connection with the buy-out of PPF. The transaction will have no impact on the shareholders equity, business of EPH or its creditors.
